PatchPlus seeks an experienced targeting and collateral damage professional to serve as the Senior Analyst Specialist II and CDE Qualification Program Lead in support of the Joint Targeting School (JTS), a Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) J7 schoolhouse at Dam Neck Annex, NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, VA. JTS is the DoD’s premier joint targeting education program, training Service, Interagency, and Allied personnel from Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, Federal Departments, and Partner Nations.
The CDE Program Lead carries day-to-day programmatic ownership of the DOD CDE Qualification Program at JTS. JTS annually trains 200–250 new CDE analysts at Dam Neck Naval Annex, with another 1,000 trained across 9 JTS-accredited subordinate schools. This position develops, standardizes, and distributes DOD CDE qualification courseware; maintains standardization instructor criteria and the Joint Staff CDE Registry; coordinates and executes CCMD and Service program audits and accreditations; and facilitates the annual CDE curriculum review. Graduate of the DOD CDE Qualification Course is required.
