COMMAND & CONTROL

Warfighting Solutions to Complex and Challenging Problem Sets

PPC is well known for exceptional SME support to Tier 1 & 2 squadron and wing-level tacticians. Our reputation has allowed us to add multiple former senior officers with operational and strategic level Command and Control (C2) experience at Tier 3 & 4 (component & GCC) levels to our ranks.  Our cadre of Tier 3 & 4 operational SMEs are experts in C2, Battle Management, and Joint Warfighting Integration. They provide technical and operational support services for advanced technologies, exercise scenario design, and shape instructional training to meet joint warfighting requirements. PPC understands that C2 is an information/data-focused warfighting environment of exponentially increasing importance. Our goal is to assist the operational training audience to create effects in all domains and maintain information dominance.

PPC Operational C2 SMEs are versatile and in high demand. They serve on teams of analysts, engineers, or modelers conducting cutting-edge product design. They advise and mentor MAJCOM staffs on exercise scenario design, planning, and execution. Our SMEs have authored operational-level C2 documents, and mentored units and MAJCOMS staffs on C2 training objectives.

PPC C2 Battle Managers are experienced in the development of prototyping, experimentation, and operational simulated (virtual and constructive) exercises, field exercises, and integration of current and future weapon systems.  For example, PPC offers a Non-Traditional C2 Battle Management (NT-C2BM) for the Non-Tac C2 community (e.g. Tanker Mobility Community) to provide the necessary training for operators in a distributive C2 environment with a contested-peer conflict.
