We recruit and retain some of the highest caliber employees in the industry. One hundred percent of our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) have served in the military or continue to serve in the National Guard or reserves. Most SMEs have over 20 years of experience, and many are graduates from the USAF Weapons School (the premiere schoolhouse for Air Force tactical aviation), Navy Fighter Weapons School (i.e., TOPGUN), National Intelligence University, and National Defense University. Ninety percent of our staff hold bachelor’s degrees, over 60% have master’s degrees, and two have PhDs.
