PPC will be covering the accommodations for ONE ROOM FOR THREE NIGHTS (Primary Room).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ACCOMMODATIONS:

If you plan to book additional rooms or personally extend your stay at the resort for additional nights, you are welcome to do so at your own expense. Extended block room rates are available for the 3 days before and the 3 days after the conference. We will notify the resort on your behalf to include the additional rooms and nights in your reservation.

There is a maximum of 5 guests allowed per room. If you have 6 or more guests in your party, the resort requires that an additional room be booked to accommodate your party.

EMPLOYEE BLOCK ROOM RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Single/Double 18+ Occupancy — $277 per night + 12.5% tax
Triple 18+ Occupancy — $302 per night + 12.5% tax
Quadruple 18+ Occupancy — $327 per night + 12.5% tax

If you are reserving more than one room, please also include the expected arrival and departure dates for your additional room(s) below. We realize these dates may change as we get closer to the event. However, it is helpful for us to know your expected arrival and departure dates for room planning.

Although room preferences cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate preferences with the resort.

We will be hosting a reception for all guests and their families on Friday night from 7-9pm at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres and beverages. We would love for you to join us!

We will also be hosting our family dinner and award ceremony for all guests and their families on Sunday evening at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. A cocktail reception will be held prior to the dinner from 7-8pm. The dinner and award ceremony will be held from 8-10pm. Please join us for this special event!

We hope to make it easy for families with children to connect with each other during free time for meet-ups. If you would like to be included in the Meet-Up Directory, please share the name of the best point of contact for your family along with their phone number and your children's ages.
